Fenicius Charme Hotel - Lisbon

Couldn't recommend more for a quick trip

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the check-in process was easy and quick, while the location provided easy access to the Intendente Metro Station connecting me to the historic downtown.

Nothing all good

The hotel was fairly clean and the staff were pleasant. I had a neat room with exceptionally comfortable bed and a balcony and a chair. Everything was excellent, but a few employees were busy.

Exceptionally clean hotel with a modern design and marvellous views, it has an incredible location really close to Intendente subway station, tram, metro station, close the supermarket and the coast. The stuff where all very amiable, which was unquestionably a plus. A lot of food for breakfast, which was appetising to satisfy everyone.

The hotel’s closeness to the Martim Moniz metro station made exploring Lisbon easy. Staff were helpful, especially with our toddler's needs, and the breakfast offered a nice variety each morning.

The room was cozy, but the noisy cleaning staff woke me up early.

Rooms are cramped for two people!!! Awful layout with a toilet near the entrance generates unpleasant odors!!! Shower water temperature swings wildly and must be monitored constantly!!! Navigating the tight parking area feels like a dare!!!

The Twin Room was quite comfy! I really liked the beds, they were perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious and had great shower pressure. Housekeeping kept everything super clean, and I had fresh towels every day. Breakfast was good too, with a nice variety to start my mornings right.

The morning breakfasts offered plenty of delicious options to fuel my explorations around the fine Miradouro Sao Pedro de Alcantara park.

Perfect match for taking strolls in Lisbon with very nice value for money. The staff were helpful with my luggage when I arrived soaking wet from the rain. Watch your step on the cobblestones when it rains, they can get slippery.

The location was fantastic was nice, while the breakfast offered a good variety that exceeded my expectations. The twin room was tidy and comfortable, though the room felt a bit small for two. Parking was also tricky. Nevertheless, the staff's helpfulness with our luggage was appreciated was great.

Stayed just one night, but the large balcony made it a special treat. Super clean and modern vibe was a bonus!

Great value overall. The staff were helpful when I couldn't operate the safe and even called a taxi that was running late. The breakfast was large with a wide variety of options, satisfying.

Balcony rooms are great, breakfast has a good selection including veggies, and the bathrooms are also nice. 🌿
